Hay otra causa, que est\u00e1 demorada, en la que se investiga la muerte de la ni\u00f1a, en la que Fernandez es el principal imputado.<\/span><br \/><a name='more'><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><br \/>La fiscal Carolina Carballido Calatayud pidi\u00f3 la semana pasada 6 a\u00f1os y siete meses de prisi\u00f3n para Yanina. Gabriela Conder, la abogada de la Gremial de abogados, que defendi\u00f3 a Yanina, nos confirm\u00f3 su absoluci\u00f3n y afirm\u00f3: \u00abYa estamos para salir. Todav\u00eda no le\u00ed los fundamentos. No declararon la nulidad del juicio, la absolvieron. Estamos contentas porque ya sale Yanina. Pens\u00e1bamos que pod\u00edan decidir cualquier cosa. La vamos a seguir peleando porque estas cosas son muy graves y no pueden quedar impunes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de la organizaci\u00f3n: \u00abTuvo que ver la presencia de todos. Les agradezco a todas las personas que estuvieron acompa\u00f1ando el juicio para que sea p\u00fablico, con las deficiencias que tuvo. Era muy restringido. Los principios de oralidad y publicidad est\u00e1n un poco violados tambi\u00e9n. A mi hoy no me dejaban pasar hasta que alguien se dio cuenta de que era la abogada.
