manejan sus miembros, y a su manifiesta predisposici\u00f3n para atender las propuestas y los aportes que les brinda la Comunidad, el d\u00eda 21 de Abril de 2015, este cuerpo colegiado aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el Proyecto de Ordenanza presentado por la Presidenta del Concejo, Irma Melipil, con el asesoramiento del \u00abProyecto Lemu\u00bb: Prohibiendo la venta y utilizaci\u00f3n del agrot\u00f3xico Glifosato en todo el ejido del Municipio de Epuyen.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/span><a name='more'><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\"><br \/>Este herbicida de venta libre, a pesar de las m\u00faltiples denuncias y creciente evidencia cient\u00edfica generada por diversos investigadores independientes en todo el mundo, ha sido reclasificado por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud en el \u201cGrupo 2A\u201d (segundo en una escala de 1 a 5), que significa para la OMS: \u201cProbablemente cancer\u00edgeno para los seres humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe acotar que este producto, popularizado por la nefasta corporaci\u00f3n Monsanto a trav\u00e9s del Round Up (que vende 200 millones de litros al a\u00f1o en Argentina) y elaborado tambi\u00e9n por las empresas Syngenta, Basf, Bayer, Dupont, Dow Agrosciences, Atanor, YPF, Nidera, Nufarm, Red Surcos, Vicent\u00edn y Sigma Agro, entre otras, ya ha sido prohibido por su alta toxicidad y sus efectos nocivos para
