La Red Infancia Robada anunci\u00f3 que finalmente el productor RICARDO NICOLAS PRIETO, ser\u00e1 juzgado en el TOP DE GOYA, bajo la caratula: HOMICIDIO CULPOSO AGRAVADO (M\u00c1S DE UNA V\u00cdCTIMA) Y LESIONES CULPOSAS AGRAVADAS (M\u00c1S DE UNA V\u00cdCTIMA) EN CONCURSO IDEAL, por la muerte del ni\u00f1o SANTIAGO NICOLAS AREVALO a los 4 a\u00f1os de edad y por las lesiones graves (da\u00f1os en la salud) sufrida por la ni\u00f1a CELESTE ABIGAIL ESTEVEZ a los 6 a\u00f1os de edad, ocurridos en abril del a\u00f1o 2011 y como consecuencia de la intoxicaci\u00f3n con agro t\u00f3xicos.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u201cAs\u00ed lo dictamin\u00f3 el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00ba 2, Secretar\u00eda N\u00ba 4 de la ciudad de Goya, Corrientes, donde se instruye la causa, Tribunal que luego de m\u00e1s de 4 a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n, dispuso que la causa sea elevada a JUICIO ORAL, previo requerimiento del Sr. Fiscal de la causa Dr. Barry, por los delitos de HOMICIDIO CULPOSO AGRAVADO (M\u00c1S DE UNA V\u00cdCTIMA) Y LESIONES CULPOSAS AGRAVADAS (M\u00c1S DE UNA V\u00cdCTIMA) EN CONCURSO IDEAL\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u201cSe aclara que el imputado PRIETO se encuentra en libertad, y que a\u00fan no se conoce la fecha en que tendr\u00e1 lugar el DEBATE ORAL ante el Tribunal Oral Penal de Goya, Corrientes\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
