Hace seis meses no podemos inscribir a nadie, tenemos una lista de espera de 4.000 compa\u00f1eros cartoneros en todo el pa\u00eds esperando acceder al Monotributo. Lamentablemente, es la \u00fanica manera que tenemos los pobres de acceder a un sistema de salud digno y poder jubilarnos, por eso tenemos que salir a la calle, para defender ese derecho\u201d.<br \/>El cierre de los mecanismos de acceso al r\u00e9gimen tributario optativo obtura la posibilidad de muchos trabajadores acceder a un sistema de salud y realizar los correspondientes aportes jubilatorios.
