Al incumplimiento de la ley por parte del kirchnerismo se le suma el decreto 13 que limita las atribuciones de la AFSCA y AFTIC (1) y las subsume a un nuevo Ministerio de Comunicaci\u00f3n. Otra estocada a la ley que naci\u00f3 para ampliar la pluralidad de voces y su uso pol\u00edtico termin\u00f3 dejando de lado este principio<span style=\"font-size: small\">.<\/span><a name='more'><\/a>[Ramiro Parodi-Red Eco] Argentina. La firma del decreto 13\/2015 por parte del nuevo presidente Mauricio Macri \u201cdesjerarquiza\u201d a ambos organismos, rompe su v\u00ednculo directo con el Poder Ejecutivo y les pone un \u201cnuevo jefe\u201d: Oscar Aguad. El miembro del partido radical se\u00f1al\u00f3 en Cadena 3 que \u201cla regulaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Medios no va a subsistir en nuestro gobierno. Los medios van a competir libremente en el mercado y trataremos de ayudarle a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os\u201d. Este \u201ctrataremos de ayudarle\u201d es una p\u00e9sima (y muy previsible) noticia para los medios comunitarios a quienes, por ley se les reserva un 33% del espectro radial y audiovisual, cuesti\u00f3n que no fue atendida ni por el gobierno que promulg\u00f3 la ley ni por el que la quiere desestimar. <\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">La medida que el presidente Mauricio Macri lanz\u00f3 busca limitar los poderes de la AFSCA y AFTIC, las cuales est\u00e1n conformadas por cuadros kirchneristas y cuyo principal referente es Martin Sabattella, quien tiene mandato hasta 2017. Una improvisada conclusi\u00f3n podr\u00eda indicar que la independencia de la AFSCA no se hubiera tocado si, a su cargo, estuviera un funcionario macrista.
