A trav\u00e9s de la primera medida, presentada ante el Juzgado en lo Criminal de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00b0 39 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, se solicit\u00f3 que se dicte un h\u00e1beas corpus que disponga la libertad individual y ambulatoria del presidente de AFSCA, Mart\u00edn Sabbatella, amenazada por un acto proveniente de autoridad incompetente, con empleo del aparato de fuerza del Estado.
