Verdana,sans-serif\">Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de que el Consejo General del Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional (IPN) aprob\u00f3 una reforma al reglamento interno de la instituci\u00f3n, miles de estudiantes polit\u00e9cnicos marcharon este jueves 25 de septiembre hacia la Direcci\u00f3n General en rechazo a esta modificaci\u00f3n que, sin embargo, no ha sido publicada.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 protestan los estudiantes?<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">La manifestaci\u00f3n se convoc\u00f3 en protesta contra las modificaciones a los planes de estudios y por la abrogaci\u00f3n de la reforma al reglamento interno que fue aprobada esta semana.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis de los estudiantes, los cambios \u201cfomentan la verticalidad de la toma de decisiones del titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General\u201d, adem\u00e1s de que por primera vez \u201cse quebranta el principio\u201d de que los directivos sean exalumnos del IPN.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">Otra cr\u00edtica esgrimida por los estudiantes es que \u201cse afecta gravemente\u201d su derecho a la participaci\u00f3n al \u201climitarles su derecho al voto y eliminando representatividad en los cuerpos de representaci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\">Alumnos de la Escuela Superior de Ingenier\u00eda y Arquitectura (ESIA), Unidad Zacatenco, del IPN, iniciaron el paro de actividades, el pasado 17 de septiembre, al cual ya se han sumado la Unidad Profesional Interdisciplinaria de Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencias Sociales y Administrativas (Upiicsa), y la Escuela Superior de Ingenier\u00eda y Arquitectura (ESIA) Unidad Tecamachalco.<b><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"color: #3d85c6\"><b><span
